About

I would like to tell little bit about story of my little brother who has been diagnosed with diabetes. My mom recently noticed some diabetes symptoms in my brother like increase in eating times, stomach problem, the thirst, and bedwetting.

He has to get insulin injection almost everyday and I am responsible to do the injection. We also need to test his blood sugar everyday.

The fact is life becomes very difficult when you know that you have diagnosed with diabetes. Almost every aspect of life changes and you need to change your eating style immediately.

But another fact is you can live a normal life like everybody else, but it takes time and you need a period of time to balance your life with your diabetes. This period of time depends on every diabetic person; it might take less than one month or maybe one year. The sooner you accept the reality and start managing your diabetes the better you can enjoy a normal life.

Remember, there are two rules of thumbs to manage your diabetes, exercise and good diet.
